The Head of State’s plane landed at Gabala International Airport.
At the airport, the national flags of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States were raised, a red carpet was laid out, and an honor guard was lined up.
President Sadyr Japarov was welcomed by the Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Emin Amrullayev, and other officials.
As part of the visit, the Head of State will take part in the next Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States.
